Return Policy

Returns:

• Refunds will be provided only for items returned unopened in the original packaging.
• Postage, Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
• Prior authorization is required prior to returning any item.
• Customer is responsible for all shipping charges when returning an item.

Exchanges:

• In the event of a defective item Potty Tots provides for hassle free exchange. Simply contact us and we will provide shipping instructions to have the item returned to us for a replacement item.
